SHIPPING POLICY

Heart Wood By Nature use of the post office for quality care of your ordered item. Costs of postage is based on your location and choice of 1st class or 2nd class delivery. Orders are normally shipped the same day as the order is placed, if this is prior to 4pm GMT. Orders placed after this time on a week day or weekend day will be shipped the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return an item that is faulty, please e-mail us a photo and we will pay for the return of the item.
